Ubuntu Remix and Karmic Kola shows black screen while installation in Dell Laptop

Dear All,

I have bought Dell Inspiron 14 Laptop.
Here are the specifications of my laptop

I tried to install both Karmic kola and Ubuntu Remix on it. Both show black screen after I select the option Install Ubuntu. Nothing happens, Just the black screen appears.

Has anyone faced this issue ? what might be the problem ?
