If this is what you are referring too.
No, that's a pic of your Grub Menu.

A peek at your partitions would look like this in g-parted.
https://www.google.com/search?q=pict...IdbM09qa0VimM:

IF you don't have g-parted installed you can install it <or> just open your terminal and run this cmd with root privileges.
Code:
fdisk -l

Sorry but that doesn't help. Since you forgot your root password than you won't be able to run fdisk -l.
And w/o root privileges you most likely won't be able to install g-parted.

You can download g-parted Live to a CD/DVD or USB and do that and post a screenshot.

Sorry you are having trouble.

With "gparted Live Default Settings....automatic boot in 22 seconds" just let it load.
On the next screen try:
Gparted Live (safe graphic settings)

IF that doesn't work try 'failsafe mode'

These are my partitions. it doesn't show my bodhi partition unless the 232.89 GB has something to do with it.
Since in the past I split 300gb partition off of a hard drive to load bodhi, but I might want to fresh install Sabayon to be the only OS.
I know windows, I have other people use it and I use it more, but I want to learn linux.

Ok, Looking at all of the partitions I only see Windows partitions. Not any Linux partition's in that screenshot.

IF you want to keep Windows 10 you will have to shrink the Windows partition.

-dev/sda1 is your Windows RE Tools.
-dev/sda2 is an EFI Partition that has the boot.
The dev/sda3 Microsoft Reserved is most likely the Recovery Partition so leave that alone.
-dev/sda4 is your Windows Basic Data Partition

Do you want to keep Windows 10?

I attached them in a separate post above your reply since I accidentally posted and forgot.

But here is image just in case you still can't see them.

I can see all of the partitions now.

What do you want to do now?

Keep Windows or let Sabayon take over the entire laptop?

I might have to keep windows on my laptop because I let my cousins play on it when I go to my grandparents but for the most part I would want to go linux with my use.
If I can get VLC Player, Discord, and a couple video games that isn't Fortnite on Linux, that will be good.

OK-

In order to install Sabayon alonside of Windows 10 you will have to shrink your partition.
To do that go into disk management.

http://dailylinuxuser.com/2015/11/ho...ake-space.html

Since you have a 232 GB HDD you could shrink your Windows partition to 115 GB. That way you will have 115 GB for your Sabayon partitiion and 1 GB for your swap partition. OR> 'if Sabayon gives you the option', to install it alongside of Windows you could do that.
Some installers will give you the option to install alongeside.

Alright, I will do partition. Hopefully Sabayon would even boot.
I will delete the bodhi partition, then try to load Sabayon and insall it alongside windows.
