ls: cannot access MSOCache: Input/output error

Hi All,

From Terminal, when I try to access files in my hard disk, I get this error

ls: cannot access MSOCache: Input/output error

I am using an Ubuntu 12 live CD. My Windows 7 was not booting, so I tried taking a backup of my files through the Ubuntu live CD. But when I tried to navigate to my hard disk, I get this error.

How to get rid of this error. I need to backup my files. They are very important. Pls help !!

Thanks in advance.
Vicky
