Unhappy Can't find the Kernel Sources in Red Hat 7.2

Hello,

I am trying to recompile the kernel (2.4.9-31) in RedHat 7.2 to allow support for IPtables. I looked in the /usr/src area but the only folder that I have is a folder that says REDHAT. In that directory there are several other directories but they don't contain the source files. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
