boot loaders


i was running windows and redhat9 then i installed knoppix and it wrote over my grub boot loader with the knoppix lilo loader, and now i cant get into my redhat... o and i dont have a boot disk for redhat what should i do to fix my problem

Edit /etc/lilo.conf and add Red Hat to the boot options.
