squid fine tuning help!!!!

in my office im using squid + transparent proxy +calmav

im not full fludge in linux

plz tell the procedure to optimize squid

this is continous after this message came im unable ping my internal ip from winclient

The neighbour table is used by the kernel to store ARP addresses.

If you search here for Neighbour Table overflow you'll see others have encountered the same problem.
