Root Maylong Model M-295 can this be done?

I have been trying to root a Maylong Mobility tablet (no phone) with no success.

The system information is:

Model M-295

Android vers. 4.2.2

Firmware revision 2.1_20130920

Kernel version 3.4.39+ inet_zw@inetsuperserver #63

Build number A20_K70_K701C_1309270.20131024

It came with developer access.

I have tried KingRoot and a few other software packages that promised to root any device. Those software packages were unsuccessful.
