Default icons in Mint 21

Just upgraded to Mint 21 and suddenly the default icons for installed programs are generic looking. Example, Libre Writer .odt is just blank white. If I manually change the icon on one, it only changes that one file, not all other .odt files. Same goes with other programs like Manuskript, they show as plain white icons. Anyone else have this issue>
