Printer eating up paper

Sorry if this is a bit off-topic, but I couldn't think of anywhere else to post. I got a Canon PIXMA MP130, and it was working fine until today. It loads the paper crooked now, and kinda eats it and crumples it as it's printing, not sure how to describe it. I looked for a paper jam, but I found none. Am I going to have to replace it? Thanks.

Yep, that's a hardware problem. Probably the feeders are worn out. That happened to a HP Deskjet 620 I used to have. I spent a lot of time searching the mechanisms and cleaning the feeder wheels and path to no avail. My suggestin is toss it. These days it's cheaper to just buy a cheap HP 3500 or 3700 series printer for $25 than to repair an old one. It's almost cheaper to do that than to replace ink.
