Unhappy Server issues...

I use no-ip.com in order to re-route people to my IP address so they can see my website. But for some reason, my server doesn't let anyone view anything. It just gets a TCP error of no route to host, try again later. But i can SSH and telnet in all i want all day long. Anybody got any ideas as to why this is happening (the permissions are set so that everyone can read the files in /var/www/html)???

i'm running KDE environment on Red Hat 7.0 with apache
