All depends. The underlying technology is probably drastically different in how these interact with the virtualization software. So unless each has a conversion tool, probably not that easy or even possible.
VMWare Converter is used to convert a native OS to a virtual one for VMWare. I suppose that would work to convert an image from another VM to VMWare, also.
I have not played with the other ones, so I don't know if they have the same type of conversion tech?
