Laptop Mouse Pad Navigation

Ok I have a dell laptop with a conventional mouse pad at the bottom. If I slide my finger at the bottom of the pad while using Firefox it will navigate forward or backwards through web pages. How can I change or disable this feature.

Hello

This can be configured with Synaptics Touchpad. See http://ubuntu.wordpress.com/2006/03/...tics-touchpad/ for more details.

Bye
