Post Good resources for learning Red Hat

I'm hoping some of you experienced Red Hat users could enlighten me on some excellent Red Hat resources. I'm a relative Linux newbie, having used several distros over the last year. I have been tasked at work to learn Red Hat. They would like me to setup some intranet web servers (internal documents and so forth). If this proves successful I hope to increase RH to more boxes providing network resources.

What good books, online sites, certifications, etc... can you recommend? Thanks for all your help...

heck if they are paying for id get a RHCE. plus there are quite a few RH centric linux books, i am sure these can be found at amazon.

on the IRC channels look for redhat on open.projects.net and look and listen and ask questions.

As a newbie to Linux myself, I have found a couple of books that has been most helpful to me:

1) O'Reilly Publisher
"Learning Red Hat Linux"
Author: Bill McCarty

2) *Red Hat Linux 7.2
(Week End Crash Course)
Authors: Naba Barkakati & Kurt Wall
*Found this book accidently through Amazon.com
I believe the publisher may be Hungry Minds, Inc. They have been purchased by another company, I think,
but try www.hungryminds.com.

Both books I found to be helpful, especially the Red Hat Linux 7.2, in setting up my home network. I also spend a lot of time on Red Hat's web site. I also joined the Red Hat Network. Check out the web site, as well.
