get back from CTRL+ALT+F1


hi if i press CTRL+ALT+F1, how do i get back to GUI??
excpet rebooting.

Alt+F7 usually.

You get 6 virtual terminals in a standard configuration. Any X-sessions will appear after those. BTW, you only need to hold down the control key when you want to exit an X-session; any other time you only need the alt key alone.

ALT+F7 usually - or you cycle through using ALT+LEFT ARROW or ALT+RIGHT ARROW until you are back.
I need CTRL+ALT+Fx to exit from X to console.
