The support is so cool now, that with OldSkool you may play the original Unreal campaign from UT and (if you like) use UT weapons instead of U1's (I usually leave the original weapons 'cept for Flak, enforcerer and ASMD)
Originally posted by nirva so I take it that I would need WineX in order to really enjoy playing it correct?
Nope, you may find the U-4.36 installer (for the classic) or the 4.36-GOTY installers by searching for them in Google (they may even still be in loki's web page).
Blizzard are really nice to Mac folk, so why not letting the Linux people jump on the BNet bandwagon ^_^. It works for me on WineX, but I'd prefer a native port. I also REALLY would love Final Fantasy XI. I'd like to play it on my computer, but I don't want to have to use Windows, I might just end up getting it for the PS2 when it comes out.

Well considering we have WineX, I think we are about even (actually that definitely puts us ahead). Try running ANY game on VirtualPC (other than Solitare). That and emulators are a LOT nicer for Linux than Mac.
