Talking Grand theft auto 2 success story

Since GTA2 is available for free download from Rockstar games I thought I'd post my success story.

Neither Cedega or wine works well with GTA2, however, now with wine 0.9 out you can play GTA2.

You can't install GTA2 with wine 0.9 though, you need to use Cedega to install, you can then use wine 0.9 to run it!

Hope that helps some people out there.

Sorry, it is a bit confusing.

I just used Cedega to extract the cab files. You can use another program to extract the cab files, this was just the easiest way for me.

You only need wine v0.9 to run!

Hi,

You can download both from Rockstar games free of charge.
