hi,

I did purchase update from red hat for a one server, How do I populate packages update from that redhat server to other red hat machines.

kindly let me know the simple process.

If the other machines are Red Hat servers, you can't. You have bought a single server subscription. You should contact Red Hat or your reseller to discuss this.

can I create a repository on that server and download updated rpm from rhn n update other machines as well ?

As I said, you should speak to RedHat or your reseller to discover this. You should also read the terms of your agreements with them.
