Suggestion for a usb wireless card that supports monitor mde

Hi,

Can anyone here recommend a usb wireless card that suopports monitor mode to be used in my raspberry pi 4 model B 4GB?

The built-in one doesn't support monitor mode
Code:
PHY	Interface	Driver Chipset

phy0	wlan0 brcmfmac	Broadcom 43430

ERROR adding monitor mode interface: command failed: Operation not supported (-95)
Thanks

Probably a continuation of https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ic-4175708266/

I'm not 100% convinced that a wireless card is the solution here, but I'm far from being an expert in these matters. Can't hurt to get some context though.

You only specify a host hardware and neglect to mention any kernel version.
Seems like the most accurate method of assuring support for "monitor mode" is to confirm which (USB) WiFi device drivers of the relevant kernel version know about IW_MODE_MONITOR mode of operation, e.g. a cross reference for "IW_MODE_MONITOR".

Work backwards to identify what chip(s) each driver supports (e.g. check the Kconfig entry for the driver), and then what products use those chips.
