I think I'll just give up on this issue for now until I can afford to buy a better GPU or build an entirely new system to hopefully rid of the issue.

I tried to bypass the KVM but it's just physically too hard to do without completely redoing my wiring which I don't want to do.I could physically do the top monitor but if I try to plug the top monitor directly into the PC all hell breaks loose too, it keeps turning both monitors on and off non stop, and I can't do anything. With the two KVMs (one for each monitor) it makes everything calm down and work. I always had issues trying to get both monitors to work without fiddling around with refresh rate settings and if I get it JUST right, it finally works, but I only have like a 1 second window to do it before the monitor turns off. Really annoying. The KVM solves this. I hate that Linux is still so finicky with multi monitor, and well GUI/display etc in general.

I guess for now I will just use my windows machine to watch videos or maybe get a separate NUC or something.

I want to revisit this as it's just driving me nuts. Do you think I will gain something by getting a faster GPU? I want to stick with AMD just because I've had too many issues with Nvidia in Linux.

Here's another test comparing Linux to Windows. I really don't think it's the KVM or the issue would happen on both machines:

Notice how it "shakes" a lot compared to Windows. The Windows one is not perfect though and still has a bit of choppiness but it's not as horrible. It's noticeable more with the rooftops.
