Fast Way to Toggle Compositor on Xfce 4.4.2

I run an old matrox dualhead graphics card (G400) that gives me one screen with hardware acceleration and one without. I like to run a mythtv frontend on my accelerated screen, but whenever the myth window loses focus with compositing on in xfce, the window interior turns blue. Now, I turn off compositing whenever I have myth running. It really doesn't take that many mouse clicks to turn compositing on and off, but I'm lazy.

I want to either write a script or set a keyboard short cut that toggles the state of the compositor on and off. Any ideas?
