Linux Certifications

I'm looking to start getting some Linux certifications since I am separating from the military at the end of this year, and will be job searching, and Linux certs will help with the area I'm getting into. What kind of certs are out there for Linux? I know Red Hat has one, but its for their Enterprise release which isn't free if I'm not mistaken. Just looking for information if anybody has any.

Thanks,
Jason Bush

Have you had a chance to check out the subforum here within "Linux - General" that is dedicated to Linux Certs? My guess is that it may contain a lot of info that would be of interest. Good luck with it -- J.W.

You can check out the Linux+ which is an entry level cert. Also, the LPIC which has 3 levels. The Novell linux cert which has just been released or is going to be soon. Then you have the RHCE which will set you bach 750 just for the test.
