Freenet in 2009.0 beta

Freenet isn't working anymore, it's just too old:

"This node is running such an old version of Freenet that it cannot connect to its peers any more! Please upgrade!"

In a new version, we strongly need an update function for the installed software and a function to install new software on one's own.
