Gentoo based distro with binaries and an installer?

Is there a distro that has an installer and built-in binaries so compiling is optional and I don't need to do it for big packages?

It looks nice but the fact that they are using SystemD is a deal breaker for me. Unless we can choose which one we can use of course...

Sabayon: See my reply above
Calculate-linux: Using the desktop version, couldn't make it work after the installation (it just didn't started). Using the scratch version, couldn't make the gui come up.

redcore seems very interesting! I will check it out, thanks a lot!

Why are you insisting on gentoo if you don't want to bear the cost of compiling ?. Bragging points ?.

My biggest problem is compiling the base system (first time compiling when installing) which is HUGE! After that I don't really mind compiling but not EVERYTHING. I don't want to compile GCC and Firefox for example. I want to have a choice. I would go with AUR but it doesn't work all the time in my experience.
