Welcome to LinuxQuestions.

I am not familiar with geeni and while I found this guide on their website I do not know if it is still current. I do not know if it is valid for all of their camera devices.

Quote:
To Save a Certain Day of Footage From the SD Card
1. Go to your camera on your Geeni app
2. Tap on Playback (Choose the day to be saved)
3. Once the desired footage has been determined tap on "Record"
4. Recordings of the footage are located on the mobile device's default storage.
The same goes for the audio, basically no clue except you need to give permissions to the app and click on the speaker icon in the app.

Have you tried contacting geeni support. https://mygeeni.com/
