FC2T1 sound anomaly...

Annoying problem that hopefully someone can help me out with:

I have a SoundBlaster Live card installed in an FC2-T1 machine. Sound seems to work just fine in X, XMMS, and WineX. But, I keep getting a message telling me that there are errors while loading the emu10k module (and subsequently, that it cannot be loaded). Do I need to ignore these errors? Is there something I need to do to fix and load the emu10k module?

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Randy

emu10k is the driver used by the Soundblaster card, if the sound is ok then your system is probably using the sound server from your desktop environment.

What return do you get when you do
# insmod -n emu10k
