DVD player not recognized in FC2

I have a Asus DRW-0804P DVD/CD player/burner set up as master on the first IDE controller and another CD player set up as slave. After installing FC2 the CD player is mounted at /mnt/cdrom but I can't find the Asus drive anywhere. Any ideas how to get my DVD back? Odd, I installed FC2 from the DVD drive just fine but after installation no DVD.

Thanks

hi,

did you check at /mnt/cdrom1 ????

also check the file /etc/fstab.
you should have in it somenthing like this:
Code:
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom udf,iso9660 noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0
/dev/cdrom1 /mnt/cdrom1 udf,iso9660 noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0
