networking problems

Hi,
This is my situation: My debian is working properly. Sudenly my network stopped and no more internet connection. I have to restart and sometime my network works and some time do I have reestart aagain. My nic is Lynk system and the driver is tulip. when is out the message says "Netdev ...timeout""
I read differents thread here and I tried the suggestion but my problem still is in my Sarge.

Will you help me?

have u tried checking cables and network card are secure? sometimes it can be as simple as this

Also reading the log files in the /var/log/ directory may help you to better diagnose your problem.

Thanks for your sugestions. I did it, but my problem continue.
I checked the cables and I read in /var/log. I found this:

Kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out

Also in lsmd I found
tulip 0
crc32 1 tulip

Would you explain me this?
