CentOS 7 uses Grub2 by default so if you still have Grub Legacy, you didn't properly install Grub2 to the MBR during the installation. This is an MBR install wath windows 7, correct? Which drive is windows on, sda? How about CentOS, sdb? Might be easier to simply re-install CentOS and watch for an option as to where to install the bootloader. If you have a Legacy/MBR install of windows 7 and your CentOS is on sdb, the correct location would be /dev/sdo.
