I had to ask since the old forum folded. anyone see SEF or a number of the regulars around? I see stefan and even Charles and Jeff is around. Raskin too. but was wondering about other members of our old Bodhi family.
ya - i was very upset when the forum closed down overnight. so much good info lost on it and a community that was abandoned, in a sense. Maybe this will slowly take off here. :-)))
p.s. knowing the little i know and how much i love bodhi i needed a support system that could help through the weird rare glitch if/when it occurs. actually tried Ubuntu 18.04 - but it was Ok and some mods were great but 2 admnins had a god complex. treated a number of people badly and even some older guys my age or a bit younger. then Bodhi 5 came out and i went back. but never would have left 4.5 if the forums did not go kaput!

generally these forums are quite nice and the mods the few i see here are pretty light handed about controlling things and this place runs rather smoothly. Plus for linux questions!!!

I'm here, just not too often.
Like the others I miss the old forums too. And although I like this one just fine, I was very comfortable with the old one. I guess it'll just take some getting used to.

I usually check in here once a day. But it's not the same as the old forum. (this is Randy or rfry85, can't remember exactly which name I used in Bodhi forum)

I have to confess the same. I was very close too, but after envisioning my life (or rather my computers) without Bodhi/Moksha I had to muster up the intestinal fortitude and at least try to make it work. It was a hard hit, for sure, but we need to keep this thing going. It seems as though many many people like Bodhi based on the number of ISO downloads at sourceforge. Besides how else would we all be able to keep our old PC's up and running so long?
@Hemlocktree -- After a second look through the thread, I just realized that it's Greywizard! Good to hear from you friend! Hope all is well.
It would be great if this site had the ability to PM other members.
