He's talking about pacmans cache.

/var/cache/pacman/pkg/yt-dlp-2023.02.17-1-any.pkg.tar.zst

Read the wiki.
Code:
pacman -Ss yt-dlp

pacman -Qi yt-dlp

pacman -Qpl /var/cache/pacman/pkg/yt-dlp-2023.02.17-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
