Xen - Broadcom module

I have a Dell Poweredge R200 with SLES and Xen installed, this server has three Broadcom ethernet cards, at linux kernel they work fine and after the install of xen the networks are still working fine; I made the same config in a Dell Vostro 1500 with one Broadcom ethernet card, again at linux kernel the card works fine but after the install of xen at the notebook the card doesn't work at xen kernel, I searched for the module of card, b44.ko, and the module is save where it supposed to be, /lib/modules/"kernel version"/kernel/drivers/net, when I type lspci I see the module started but not in use and when I type insmod or modprobe the system can't find the module.

I'm not understanding what's happening !!! The server and the notebook both has the same network card but only works at one machine. Any clue?
