there are several solutions:
in konqueror ther is a magnifying gass button with a + sign next to it.
for a more permanent solution,change the system font size under kde config.
another solution would be to run a lower screen resolution.
Click on the Suse button, then on Control Center. On the left there is a button that says Appearance and Theme. Go to it, and then again ont he left is an option that says Fonts. Click on that and you have total control of all things font related.
I'm guessing you're using 9.1 Pro? The Personal addition had the default set really big and the Pro version had the fonts set too small.
If like piscikeeper says, you are using Konqueror to view the files, a quick fix for fonts that are the wrong size is to hold down the ctrl key and use the wheel on you mouse if you have one. By rolling it one direction it will enlarge the font and in the other it will shrink the font.
