Angry OpenSuSE Leap 15.5 Only detecting 5.8GB out of 64Gb of RAM!

Hi All,
I have searched quite a bit here on LQ and on Google and see similar but not identical issues.
So according to system monitor, and free both are reporting a huge discrepancy in the amount of available memory!
I have 64GB of RAM installed (double checked in BIOS/UEFI) and that FULL amount is accessible if I install a Windows OS.
However, this is a completely different story on OpenSUSE Leap 15.5 with Xen kernel.

PS: I fully realize that the GPU may steal a gig or two, and that a 32-bit OS can only address 4GB total. However, the GPU memory is totally irrelevant here and this is a 64 bit OS with a 64 bit kernel.

Any ideas how I can resolve this? The whole point behind this machine is to be a VM host, so the RAM is critical
