Need H.265 codec

Hi all,

I'm using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. How do get the libx265 HEVC encoder?

Thank you!

Enabling Packman repo will allow zypper and YaST to find and install it. Except for the URL, it's the same as installing Codecs in Leap.
