Leap 15.3 release candidate: Safe?
Since there's a three day weekend coming (here in the U.SA., anyway), I was looking at installing the new Leap 15.3 release candidate in advance of the official release.
Is anyone using 15.3-rc and finding it stable?
I'm hoping to hear from some early adopters with good news so I can force ahead with the release candidate and make the official release a mere update.
I have 11 15.3 installations with no material issues I recall that have open bug reports. I started recommending it somewhere around a month ago to those who need support for newer hardware than 15.2 supports using only official repos. There won't be any significant differences between what's now on the mirrors and what will be there when the official release is announced.

Good to know. I look forward to trying it out. It's been ages, it seems, since 15.2 came out and so many new packages depend on software that's just not available in the 15.2 repository. But... it seems I waited too long to grab a copy. The 15.3 ISOs seem to be unavailable for download. I guess I'll need to wait for the release party. Oh well... :^D
Waiting for release day is silly. That's when mirrors get overloaded and slow. Now is good time for NET installation. GM is already cut. Tuesday is announcement day, 11 months to the day since 15.2 release.
