Gnome Top Panel Transparency

Trying to make the top panel transparent, I know how to using Ubuntu, but nothing works using Suse. I have "chrome-gnome-shell" already installed.
I get the following message "“No such native application org.gnome.chrome_gnome_shell”, When I visit this page:

https://extensions.gnome.org/extensi...-transparency/
