Cinelerra in Suse 10.0/OpenSuse?

I've been scouring the net recently to find an rpm of cinelerra for suse 10.0/opensuse, but have been unable to find one. Would it be safe to use the all purpose rpm they provide on the site? If not could anyone provide me with a link or repo containing what I am looking for. Thanks
