I usually up for packages and then dup for distribution upgrade. I did not realize that beside the main issue which have not been identified yet, this little detail will raise a question.

What do you mean by "a new kernel"? The current kernel was (and is) 6.6.3-1. Do you have knowledge about a newer kernel?
