Firmware updates: RK3399 WiFi and RPi 3/4

Hello!

The new kernel-firmware package pushed today contains updated WiFi firmware for the RK3399 (RockPro64/Pinebook Pro). I've been running it for a few weeks and it's been stable so far. Previously on the Pinebook Pro the WiFi would have high latency when resuming from suspend, but it seems better now. Just upgrade to the latest 'kernel-firmware' package and reboot.

The previous week's updates also contained updated firm/bootware for the RPi3 and RPi4:
The Install guide explains how to apply them, and there's a video too.

Enjoy.

I've been using compu cleaner for years, weekly.

Good to see kde fail like that, I thought it was something I was doing or missed.

I have rpi4 doing aarch64 out of curiosity, the main toys are pine.
