zoom-linux was run more than one times in this system as root because:
Code:
mkdir("/root/.zoom/logs/", 0700) = -1 EEXIST (File exists)
openat(AT_FDCWD, "/root/.zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log", O_RDWR|O_CREAT|O_APPEND, 0664) = 3
that means its trying to create the directory /root/.zoom/logs/ and open a log file within it but error (EEXIST - File exists) when attempting to create the directory, suggesting that the directory already exists.

Code:
clone(child_stack=NULL, flags=CLONE_CHILD_CLEARTID|CLONE_CHILD_SETTID|SIGCHLD, child_tidptr=0x7fb9755e5a10) = 22482
wait4(-1, [{WIFEXITED(s) && WEXITSTATUS(s) == 1}], 0, NULL) = 22482
It seems like the ZoomLauncher encountered an issue while running a subprocess (/opt/zoom/zoom). The subprocess exited with a status of 1, indicating an error.
The only way to found what is the reason for this error is run it as user and check log file that @petri mention.

In any case i really dont understand why the work-space/Zoom-x86_64.AppImage not running , exept if you also tried to run it as root or you have it in root directory(?) But lets dont mixed things, more priority has the SBo zoom-linux.

EDIT: FORGET THIS POST I HAVENT SEE YOUR ANSWER

Yes, as root I had tried various things and run it multiple times. I finally got out as root and run as user and it worked.
Not exactly sure why, but I think it was as I had stated, I had copied libs into /usr/lib64 (one of the earlier runs of strace
showed missing libs in /usr/lib64).

I probably tried the Zoom-x86_64.AppImage as root without thinking about not being logged in as normal user.

Thanks for the additioanl data rizitis
