Put your fonts in a X fonts directory (refer to /etc/X11/xorg.conf)
or create a new one, but add it in xorg.conf in this case

Then cd into that directory and run :
mkfontdir .
mkfontscale .

and restart X

Anyway I was wrong, /usr/X11R6/bin/mkfontdir and /usr/X11R6/bin/mkfontscale
are meant to deal with bitmap fonts, not type1 ones.

There is a tool named type1inst available here :
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/X11/xutils/

I should tell my problem clearly. I am using Iso8869-9 character set. I mean i have to work on another language. I think my pdf files uses true type fonts to show the files. Fonts in slackware 10.2 arent for iso8869 - 9 so i cannot clearly see them. Because of this i want to install new fonts and also i cannot find any true type fonts that shows characters special for iso8869 - 9. And sorry for my bad english.
