trove-classifiers requires calver


The new package "python-trove-classifiers" requires "calver" lib. It will download "calver" automatically if it does not found it, but I think it will be better to include "python-calver" as a separate package in order to have a fully-offline building.

l/python-calver-2022.6.26-x86_64-1.txz: Added.
Needed for python-trove-classifiers. Thanks to lucabon.
