From the script, it seems like the slack-desc file goes in the same place as the SlackBuild file.
To make your own slack-desc, you could use this:
http://www.linuxpackages.net/slackcreator.php
or fiddle with one that already exists, such as this one:
http://slackware.osuosl.org/slackwar...ker/slack-desc
