Hello!

I am trying to localize Slackware 9.1 setting the Hungarian language.

When I installed Slackware I chose hungarian key mapping,
for console font I chose lat2a-16.
In /etc/profile I added:
export LANG=hu_HU
in /etc/X11/XF86config I added:
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "hu"

I installed i18n for KDE

All window manager and the console works fine except KDE.
I have a little problem with KDE.
In KDE control center I chose the proper fonts, but when I click on some fonts ( console, newspaper, nil ) the control center crashes.

What else should I do.

The default font for KDE konsole is "console" - i think it does not support ISO-8859-2 encoding.
So when I want to type o" and u" characters the konsole crashes - I have to set console font for example to unicode.
