Questions about smb.conf

Can someone clear up a couple od points on the 'smb.conf' file, I'm trying to get my SlackWare Box authenticating with a Win2K3 DNS Server, in the smb.conf I have

[global]

workgroup=domain
security=ads
realm=domain.ext
password server=server.domain.ext

Is this correct, I'm not too sure if the realm parameter sholud be? domain.ext or server.domain.ext pointing to the DNS Server...

Thanks in Advance...

Chris

Havn't fooled with samba for a while but IIRC, you're right it's

Code:
realm = DOMAIN.EXT
(seem to remember needing it in caps)

hope this helps,

Owen
