Problems running ruario's latest-chrome

It's always worked just fine but today when I run it after it finishes downloading it's returning

Code:
ln: failed to create symbolic link 'google-chrome.desktop': File exists

It seems that Google changed the layout of their package and now places google-chrome.desktop in the right place from the beginning. It used to be in /opt and I symlinked it into the right place. Since it is already in the correct location it prevents the symlink creation from working. Anyway I have uploaded a new version, where I now check if google-chrome.desktop is already correctly placed and only symlink if it isn't:

I sent Pat a diff for the new google-chrome last week, but I guess it needs some time to end up in the slackware-current tree.

This is the diff against the google-Chrome.SlackBuild in the /extra/google/chrome directory. It just removed three lines:
Code:
diff -u /extra/google-chrome/google-chrome.SlackBuild /tmp/google-chrome/build/google-chrome.SlackBuild
--- extra/google-chrome/google-chrome.SlackBuild     2012-08-01 20:48:31.000000000 +0200
+++ /tmp/google-chrome/build/google-chrome.SlackBuild    2014-01-15 21:34:38.425845534 +0100
