After you test your page, and know that it works, you do not press 'Q'. Instead you press 'I' (i believe), so that the printcap, and the apsfilter setup file can be saved as they were when you tested the page. Once you press 'I', you will be asked to enter a spool name for your printer (basically it is the name you want to give your printer). Once you do, you will be back to the main menu, and THEN, you can hit 'Q'.

Finally, if you want to test your printer after the setup, you can type 'lpr <filename>' at your CLI, and it should work.

OK, this is an example from my computer:
/*
==================================================================
A P S F I L T E R S E T U P -- MAIN MENUE --
==================================================================

(D) Available Device Drivers in your gs binary
(R) Read Ghostscript driver documentation (devices.txt)

(1) Printer Driver Selection [ijs/DESKJET_970]
(2) Interface Setup [parallel]
(3) Paper Format [letter]
(4) Printing Quality [medium]
(5) Color Mode [full]
(6) Print Resolution in "dots per inch" [1200x1200]
(7) Default Printing Method [auto]

(T) Print Test Page
(V) View performance log (times of print attempts)

(A) Abort installation (don't do anything)
(I) ==> Install printer with values shown above - repeat this
step for installing multiple printers
(Q) ==> Finish installation

Your choice?

*/
Following this you should be typing "I" to install the printer just like LNXman and then follow thw instructions
