nvi bug "Text file busy"

If you edit a script using nvi and try to execute it in a different terminal without closing nvi, you get

> ./test
./test: Text file busy.

It is not a new bug. It had been reported two years ago, together with a proposed patch:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/sh....cgi?id=235445

The above is true as of slackware64-current (20210418), nvi-1.81.6-x86_64-1.

The bug is not critical but quite annoying. It would be nice if it is fixed before the release.
