Question make menuconfig in a chroot hangs.

The host is a 13.37-32b full install.
I installed 13.37-32b a, d, k, l series in the chroot.

So when in chroot in, make menuconfig freeze, and the cpu is at 100%.
Ctrl-C works.

Did you mount /proc in the chroot? Is there a full system in the chroot?

~/Documentation/Changes lists what you need.
