Added console font 'ter-v18n' to accommodate the Raspberry Pi 400's screen.

There could be two reasons NOT to change the installer console font:
It was OK until running the setup ncurses interface, only then did the font grow too large. And I am using a 10.1" 16x9 monitor with the RPi 400. See this thread from post #26 onwards. https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ml#post6490243

This change is just to make the font available for use.
It's already available with the choosing font option during setup. I wouldn't change it, since the problem might occur only on my setup. If I ever have to reinstall, I'll plug it into my TV. And like I said, the installation finished OK and everything looks and works OK. If it might not be broken, don't fix it.
